How to predict your future?
You can predict your own future by looking at 3 areas:
- The thoughts you are thinking…
- The words you are speaking…
- The actions you are taking…
Today.
Who you are being + what you are doing in those three areas today will directly effect what shows up in your life tomorrow.
So, if you want a future filled with success, abundance, joy + fulfilling work, here are 3 questions every actor should ask:
- Are my thoughts filled with love + joy or doubt + worry?
- Am I speaking about what is working or complaining about what isn’t working?
- Am I taking actions that stretch me or that keep me in my comfort zone?
The answer to these three questions will guide you to know where you can course correct.
Keep in mind, it’s not about being perfect, staying in a lotus pose all day or only being joyful.
It’s about being aware of what you are focused upon + knowing how to witness it, allow it + shift it when it feels right.
Some days are easier than others to feel good about yourself + where you are in your life + your career.
But what if you could unconditionally love yourself for the next 30 days? What if you simply chose to make self-love a daily practice?
As one of my favorite redheads wisely sadvised:
That means you would show yourself love + appreciation whether or not you…
- booked a pilot
- got a callback
- signed with an agent
- had an audition
- booked a job
- had a date on Valentine’s Day
- or any other desire that is on your wish list.
It is the meaning that we are adding to the above list that is creating our happiness and effecting our thoughts, words + actions.
What if you could allow yourself to tap into a state of love + joy, no matter what was showing up for you?
What if you could let go of your limiting beliefs that dis-empower you on a daily basis?
What if you brought that person into the audition room, into a meeting or on a date?
When you make this a daily practice, here’s what begins to happen:
- your thoughts become more loving
- your words become more aligned
- your actions lead you to living a life of love, abundance + joy.
When your thoughts are clear, focused + don’t contradict themselves with doubt + fear, your results will speed up.
The Universe is giving us clues each day that love is not only all around us, but is deep within us. Our truest nature is that of one who LOVES, and when we deviate from that love, we feel it.
So make today the day, to get back on track to loving yourself. No matter where you are in your career, no matter how many auditions you have or don’t have, no matter how many credits are on your resume + not matter what you think you need to have happen to feel good about yourself.
Love yourself first + watch what shows up .
By simply deciding to begin every day looking for signs of love around you + feeling love overflow within you, your life will begin to mirror your new perspective.
