Let go of attachment, celebrate possibility + invite in synchronicity.
Each + every day, we have a beautiful new opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us + celebrate how far we’ve come.
Taking this kind of inventory (whether it’s at the end of the day, or the end of the year) is a powerful practice that returns us to our true nature and our true power.
The Dalai Lama states, “Attachment is the origin, the root of suffering; hence it is the cause of suffering.”
With this profound awareness, that it is our attachment that leads to suffering, taking a mindful moment to release any attachments will always help us to feel lighter + find more joy in the moment, no matter what is going on around us.
We have a choice, before we walk into a room, visit with loved ones or communicate in any way, to release our attachment to how we think it all should go.
When we release the pull of attachment from our expectations, our thoughts + emotions, we find tremendous relief, and we allow inner peace + joy to surface.
When we show up rejoicing for all we have in our lives (and how far we’ve come), we become a joyful breeze that enters every room.
So this guided meditation + visualization is designed to help you to stop being controlled by your emotions + reactions to what others do or say, and instead free yourself (and those around you) from of all judgement, criticism + the tension that comes from clinging to expectation.
You’ll discover a serenity within, an improvement in all your relationships, and you’ll begin to experience more beautiful synchronicity in your life, all because you started a daily practice of releasing + rejoicing.
Every day we have an opportunity to let go + rejoice.
Here’s what people are saying:
I feel unstoppable!…
I just got finished listening to Releasing and Rejoicing. It amazes me every time. How at the end I feel lighter, stronger, unapologetic. Especially today. I needed to hear the things being said. This journey to Atlanta has been one of the hardest things in my life. I didn’t realize how much I would grow, change, learn to accept. I truly am becoming the person I would look up to as a kid. That person is no longer someone I just want to be, I can look in the mirror and see her standing in front of me. Thank you, Wendy, for the fire you light inside me. I feel unstoppable!
