It's also designed to give you options. So you can download all of the audios to your phone with simple instructions in our "Download All Audios Here" section OR you can refer to the website portal, if you want me to walk you step-by-step through the collection, so you know what to use when. The framework is easy to follow, and as you go, you also have the option to press play on each audio streaming on the website or click to download individual favorites.
I'm not very tech savvy, is The Collection easy to navigate?
Yes. We've set it up so any actor from age 18-98 could navigate the tech easily. How long is each guided meditation?
The length of each guided meditation varies, and I've listed the running time of each one just above the audio graphic, so you know before you click "play" how long it will be. Some audios (like your morning prep on audition day) are just a few minutes each + you can listen to the entire morning routine in under 15 minutes before getting out of bed.
Other audios are about 15 minutes long. There are no audios over 20 minutes, as this collection was designed to be a quick + powerful method to prepare you to deliver in high stakes situations. Some actors listen to their favorite audios when they don't have an audition or job + it helps them stay in a calm state for the entire day, so that's a lovely benefit too.
