No matter where you perceive yourself to be or not be in your career today, I want to you to know 2 things:
- Everything can change very quickly. (Maybe this week?!)
When we let ourselves off the hook about where we are “not” that’s usually when things shift in our lives + careers. - Any anger, resentment or frustration you may have about your representation, other successful actors or a Casting Director not warmly welcoming you etc….is only affecting you.
When we release + let go of any anger, blame or frustration we feel towards others, we are giving ourselves the greatest gift of not letting other people take up space in the temple of our minds
When we release + let go of any anger, blame or frustration we feel towards ourselves, we experience a huge inner shift, allow our true light to shine + become more radiant to others.
Here are 4 phrases that will help you (whether you are feeling high (on life) today or feeling low) today. Either way, saying these phrases more often will help you with your relationships with others.
Then ask yourself, “When was the last time I said these words to myself?”
Begin today.
Here’s to a week of using these phrases more often + noticing an inner (and outer) shift.
Love + Gratitude,

I forgive you.
Thank you.
Thank you for getting me this far.
Thank you for your persistence, determination + openness to personal growth.
Thank you.
I love you.
I love who you are and who you are becoming.
I love your body, your face, your skin, your hair.
I love you.
What would it take for me to tell myself (and others) more often this week: I’m sorry, I forgive you, Thank you and I love you.
