6 Words That WIll Shift Your Mindset

You can know this for certain, simply by choosing to own the feeling.  Once you do, you are allowing these 6 little words to change how you feel, shift your mindset + ultimately alter what comes your way.

Owning these 6 little words will certainly bring a sense of confidence + a relaxed easiness into your auditions,  your callbacks, and your meetings.  And who doesn’t want to work with that actor?
You don’t need to wait to book the right job to feel this way, you can choose it now, in this very moment.

You create your reality through your dominant thoughts.  So, when you can consistently hold the image of yourself being on the right path, you will then take inspired actions from that positive place + the right roles to you will gradually come your way.

Here’s to taking a breath today + just trusting that you are on the right path.  Everything is unfolding exactly as it is meant to + there’s nothing missing.And if you don’t quite believe that to be true just yet, try “acting” the part.  Take on a character who believes 100% that this is true and simply be that character for a day, a week, a month, a year…and I bet a lot of wonderful things will start happening.

Morning Mindset Meditation

I know I can get to where I want to go from where I am right now.

My credits are constantly evolving + growing, as am I.

Nothing is missing. I relax + allow the perfect roles and jobs to come my way.

I take inspired action, from a place of knowing that I am on the right path.

I take a deep breath in and feel my credits constantly evolving in number and size of the role. 

I exhale + release any energy that is not serving me and my expansion.

I take a deep breath in and feel so proud of what I have done so far.

I exhale and let go of any guilt, shame or blame around what my resume looks like.

I am on the exact right path and the best is yet to come.

What would it take for me to know that I am on the right path and that the right roles are on their way to me?
