How do you react when a problem arises? Do you get caught up in chaos + allow your mind to overwhelm you with worry + negative thinking?
When we are in the middle of solving a problem, it is actually the best time to remind yourself that:
When you know that all is really well, you see every problem as an opportunity to learn, grow + expand.
Last weekend I found myself frustrated with a few different things on my plate. Then, I remembered, that instead of reacting emotionally, I could take the time to align myself with the solution that I wanted.
In fact, I sat for a few days visualizing an easy outcome for all involved. I set an intention, took inspired action and it turned out even better than what I had pictured!
Another friend acted on a similar issue from her negatively emotional place + the results were exactly the opposite of what she wanted.
Our thoughts really do create our reality. Or as Albert Einstein stated: “You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created it.”
So, no matter where a problem may crop up this week in your career or your life, remind yourself that all is well, then relax about it + see the solution you want.
Take action, but remember that being attached to a certain result always brings resistance, so ultimately, you have to be okay with it going either way. (Easier said than done, I know!)
Here’s to letting go, relaxing + refocusing this week, no matter what is going in your world!

All is well. I can solve any problem when I relax first.
When I take time to align myself with the solution, my problems easily transform.
There is no problem that can’t be solved, but first I have to shift my awareness from what I don’t want to what I do want.
All is well. I am safe.
I take time before responding emotionally to a situation, to visualize the outcome I most want.
I take inspired action when I can clearly see a solution + have aligned myself with it.
I love what it feels like to feel relaxed in the midst of a problem.
Everything is always working out for me, even if I can’t see it at the exact moment.
Life is good to me. I love life + life loves me.
I refocus my thoughts from problems to feeding my mind with what is working in my life.
Any issue in my acting career can be solved once I relax about it all.
