This has been an eye-opening and emotional time for all of us, I know.
Being able to connect with you, uplift you + shine some light in all of the darkness has helped me more than you know.
When I first started this blog 12 years ago, I had no idea what it would become (or who I would become) along the way.
I just kept showing up week after week, with my whole heart, in an effort to serve others, while navigating + living my own dreams.
I’m so incredibly grateful to reach you today, in the middle of a global pandemic, and truly give you a virtual hug.
And when you look closer at the above photo, I hope it serves as a reminder that nature is thriving, our sweet animals are thriving, and the human spirit is thriving amidst all of the darkness.
You will get through this.
Just keep showing up for yourself, without judging it all.
Keep flowing compassion and acceptance and love to yourself and others.
And know…that it’s okay…to take a break.
