    Morning Mindset Meditation

    I express gratitude for all have done + who I have become.

    I take a deep breath in + feel a deep sense of gratitude for all of the wonderful things I have accomplished in my life so far.  I exhale + let go of needing to compare myself to another actor’s journey.

    I am grateful for who I have become on this acting journey.  I am growing + evolving.

    I am thankful for my dedication, perseverance + willingness to learn.

    I deepen my faith in myself + the path that I am on right now.

    I take a deep breath in + know in my heart that I am exactly where I need to be.  I exhale + know that all is really well.

    I take a deep breath in + know that I can get to where I want to go from where I am right now.  I exhale + let go of feeling like I’ve missed the boat.  Another boat is always on its way to me.

    I take time daily to picture my life as if all my dreams have come true.

    I take time daily to ask myself, who do I need to BE in order to get where I want to go?

    I take time daily to make peace with where I am right now.

    I express gratitude + celebrate myself today easily + effortlessly. 

    What would it take for me to express gratitude this week for all I done + who I have become?
