Where Real Manifestation Begins…

Been going from feeling good one moment to feeling agitated the next?  I’ve had those moments too lately.

Been noticing other actors thriving lately + wondering “when will it be my turn?”

I want you to know: You are not alone.  

The past few years have been an emotional roller coaster ride, like no other.

As I go through my own ups and downs, I continue to seek new answers to new questions and I’ve been blown away at what shows up in the stillness of this process. 

I know we all want things to change so we can start feeling better, but I also know that real manifestation begins within (even during times of extreme uncertainty).

We’ve been conditioned that seeking external circumstances (and even material things) will somehow make us feel bliss. 

We spend our days, months + years striving to get somewhere, in the hopes that when we arrive at our “destination,” we will somehow feel better.

We put off our happiness to the elusive, “One day when this happens, I will feel amazing…” kind of thinking and we spend our lives chasing a dream of happiness that somehow still, no matter what we obtain or achieve, continues to elude us.

Mainly because we didn’t learn (or perhaps we forgot along the way), that the key to creating something is to embody the emotions ahead of time.

Not waiting for the manifestation to bring the feeling, but to create the feeling within now. That’s the inner work. (And most people are going about it backwards). 

Imagine feeling the bliss you’re seeking…today.  ​​(We’re actors, so using our imagination to feel is something we all know how to do for a role, but now it’s time to be diligent about doing this in your daily life.)

And when you do, not only do you shift your state of being, but your world shifts to match the feeling.

Best selling author + meditation expert, Dr. Joe Dispenza explains it this way:

“The more you can feel the emotions of your future, 
the less likely you will be to live in lack & separation, 
because the longer we condition our body into the emotions of our future, the more we feel like that future has already happened. 

If you felt like your future had already happened, 
then you wouldn’t worry or stress, and you wouldn’t try to force, wish, 
or predict future outcomes. Instead, you would just know your future is 
coming towards you, so all you have to do is receive it 
when it comes knocking on your door.  

Staying in that energy the entire day is the work.”

I love the last line of this quote, “staying in that energy the entire day is the work,” because this is where most people have trouble (and why tuning out the external noise and tuning inward is so helpful).

As you find ways to start feeling bliss daily, you’ll recreate your self-image, let go of limitations + draw future experiences toward you more easily + effortlessly. 

I hope you take time to realign your mind throughout the day today + know that shifting your emotions is where all manifestation begins.

    Keep affirming my mantra, “I AM a successful actor, constantly booking & filming high paying principal roles. Thy will thru mine.”

  2. One thing I learned this past year and a half was how to grow and improve as an artist. I am naturally very creative, but didn’t know much about the business side of entertainment. Watching webinars, joining acting and writing groups while taking part in a writing retreat, film challenge and keeping in touch with my friends doing poetry reading once a month on zoom helped me to learn more about the business of the industry rather than just improving my artistic skills. I look forward to the summer of 2022 when I can take all this new knowledge and apply it when I return to open mic nights, community stages and poetry slams.

  3. This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been struggling to maintain a high vibration lately due to certain outward manifestations that feel disempowering to me. But, every single time, something like this comes along to remind me that I’m on the right path, and the Universe is on my side. Thank you for the perfect synchronicity.😊

  5. I think meditation is key with shifting how you feel, to be acclimated on dealing with change and dealing with other challenges.
    To be able to act in different kinds of rolls, I have been mamafesting a lot of changes in a good way! I’ve always said I would never be open to a Horror film and then I had a 15 minute roll in one! I did very well, the Producer said! So without being said I need to be open to all different types of roles and be ready for them!

  7. I love this quote! Realigning my thoughts to build on the emotions of joy, happiness & love that my desires bring, staying in that feeling place, is work for me! And I love being reminded that it is a process. It’s all about energy and being in the flow! So, my work continues!

  8. again Wendy, this message came at the perfect time. I have been listening to a lot of Abraham Hicks lately too and really trying to embody those feelings of satisfaction, ease, appreciation and joy in the now, whilst still having strong intentions for my future, but it can be a hard wire to balance! I struggle with spiralling thoughts sometimes and find it hard to shut it out.

    this post has inspired me to do the following today:
    – avoid social media unless needing to create content + talk with others
    – go on a walk + move my body
    – meditate
    – read for at least 30min
    – do something creative
